With your permission, we may collect approximate or precise location. If you choose to upload screenshots or text for AI-generated replies, we process that content on our own servers to provide the feature, do not share it with third parties, and delete it immediately after processing.
2) Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to information processed by the Mooni app and related services (the “Service”), including information collected through the app and through customer support communications. It does not cover third-party services not controlled by us.

- AI feature inputs (optional): chat screenshots/images, text you submit (e.g., context, personality details, preferences)

4) AI-Related Processing (Screenshots / Text)
Mooni transforms your screenshots into engaging conversations with AI-generated replies. When you choose to use these features:
- Processing location: uploaded images and submitted text are processed on Mooni Team’s own servers solely to generate the requested output.
- No third-party sharing: we do not share your uploaded images or text with any third party for AI processing, advertising, analytics, or any other purpose.
- Deletion after processing: we delete uploaded images/text from our servers immediately after processing is completed, subject only to short-lived technical buffering needed to complete the request reliably.
- No training / marketing: we do not use your uploaded images or text to train models, build marketing profiles, or for targeted advertising.
- No biometrics: we do not perform facial recognition or biometric identification and do not create biometric templates.

11) Children and Age Limit (17+)
The Service is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If you believe a child under 17 has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
12) Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy with a new “Effective Date” when changes are made. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of an updated policy means you accept the updated policy.
